🔹 PATIENT AMBASSADOR

You will help deliver a seamless patient journey for VIP, international, executive health and protocol patients, escorting patients and families throughout appointments while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, empathy, confidentiality and patient satisfaction.

Key requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare, hospitality or customer service

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional appearance and patient-first approach

• Flexibility for day, evening, night and weekend shifts

🔹 COMPLIANCE ANALYST

An excellent opportunity for professionals specializing in compliance, risk management, audit, governance, ethics and regulatory affairs within a highly regulated environment.

The role supports CCAD’s ethics and compliance program, including risk assessment, policy development, compliance investigations, data protection, whistleblowing, vendor due diligence, AML/ABC, reporting and continuous process improvement across UAE and ADGM requirements.

Key requirements:

• Bachelor’s or graduate-level degree

• Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance, audit or risk management

• UAE experience required

• Additional compliance qualifications are advantageous

• Healthcare, pharmaceutical or financial-sector experience is preferred

🔹 SIMULATION INSTRUCTOR

A specialist opportunity for an experienced Nurse, Clinical Educator or Simulation Education professional passionate about advancing healthcare education and patient safety.

The position focuses on designing, delivering and evaluating simulation-based education, curriculum development, multidisciplinary training, faculty mentoring, debriefing and the use of high-fidelity simulation technologies.

Key requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification

• Minimum 1 year of educator experience

• Minimum 6 years post-qualification healthcare experience

• Experience in clinical simulation training and education

• Strong knowledge of simulation methodology and scenario design

• Experience with high-fidelity patient simulators and related technologies

• Clinical Educator experience is preferred
